If that is turn key and he is doing the Removal of the motor, the tear down of the motor, the reassembly of the motor, and the re-installation of the motor that is a great deal. Just as long as you don't get nickle and dimed on the back end once he has your car and the $10K quote turns into $12K+ Like what others said before I would certainly get a cost breakdown of what exactly is included.
